La Muse has modified her format and has moved out of the space on College st. In the last year we have been concentrating our efforts in reaching the kids in their schools and found that the studio space was not really needed anymore.
This year we are offering classes after school at Pierre Elliot Trudeau, La Mosaique, Toronto French School and at The Annex art center on Bathurst st.
We have also developped a program specialized in curriculum based workshop given in class which is designed to enrich the art curriculum and also provide support to the teachers in teaching art to their kids.

- La Muse a été fondée par Marie-Do Hyman Boneu et Chantal Leblanc en 2008. Marie-Do est diplômée de l'école des Arts décoratifs de Paris et pratique maintenant la laque vietnamienne. Elle a enseigné les arts plastiques dans les écoles élémentaires du grand Toronto ainsi que les différents programmes offerts au studio La Muse. Graduated from l'école des Arts décoratifs in Paris, she paints using the vietnamese laquer technique, Son Mai. She has been teaching art in elementary schools in the Toronto GTA, as well as the classes offered in the studio. Chantal Leblanc : Mosaïste et sculpteur, diplomée d’art plastique à Toronto. / Mosaic artist and sculptor, Toronto art school graduate. She teaches in élémentary schools in the GTA as well as the various programs offered at the studio La Muse. La Muse is a collective of artists that teach in their discipline to kids, in schools, after school programs and in class workshops tied to the curriculum of Ontario.
